Evesham TC supports plastic bag ban

Evesham in Worcestershire is the latest British town to follow in the footsteps of Modbury. The newly formed Evesham Bagbusters campaign group has announced its mission to “encourage Evesham to become a town in which single use plastic carrier bags are no longer socially accepted”. Apparently they have the backing of the Town Council. Good luck to them – and to all the other towns planning similar initiatives.
