Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use Bags of Change Online Store. These Conditions and the Terms of Use apply between you and Bags of Change Ltd (“Bags of Change”, “we” or “us”), whose registered office is at 25 Kew Gardens Road, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 3HD, United Kingdom. C. Purchasing Bags of Change Products
Eligibility to order criteria:
You may only purchase products:
Available for sale and details of which appear on Bags of Change Online Store and for personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. Bags of Change reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by Bags of Change.
Details of the products available for purchase (including their price) are set out on Bags of Change Online Store. Bags of Change takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on Bags of Change online store are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto Bags of Change online store. Although every effort is made to keep Bags of Change Online Store as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Ordering Products:
- Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
- Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button select your preferred method payment and follow the instructions thereon.
- A contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Bags of Change only upon those products being shipped to you.
Bags of Change may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
- The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available
- Your credit card or bank does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out at the beginning of this Section C.
D. Cancelling the Contract and Returns
Bags of Change will accept a return within 28 days as long as the product has not been used or damaged. Should you wish to return or exchange a product bought from Bags of Change Online Store, please contact us to inform us by either:

- You will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order.
- You will be refunded the product price or exchange the product once the product is received by us at the Bags of Change address. A refund of the delivery charge will not be given unless the products returned are incorrect or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state (in which case see paragraph “Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products” below).
- Once the packaging of a product has been opened or the product is returned by you other than in fully saleable condition, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they were delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state (in which case see paragraph “Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products” below).
Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products
If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we would ask you to follow the returns procedures set out above. We will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge and any parcel carrier costs you incur. We will not charge you any costs we incur in collecting the products from you if you do not deliver them back to us.
E. GENERAL
Bags of Change reserves the right to:
- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, Bags of Change Online Store (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you; Bags of Change shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal; and/or
- Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of Bags of Change Online Store (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using Bags of Change Online Store.
- If Bags of Change should change these Conditions, your order will be subject to the Terms and Conditions at the Date and time of you placing your order.
If any part of the Conditions is declared unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed deleted from the Conditions and the remaining provisions of the Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. English law applies to these Conditions and any dispute relating to the General Terms and Conditions of use.
